Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence is proud of our alumni’s achievements, which are acknowledged on the Hall of Fame Wall. The Wall is an inspiration to our youth members, and a monument to what is possible.
If you can DREAM it; you can DO it!
The guiding philosophy of Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence Hall of Fame is to recognize the best of the best as measured by:
- Reputation: The degree to which the nominee is know locally, regionally, nationally or internationally.
- Professional Achievements: The degree to which the nominee has benefited society.
- Service & Career Contributions: The degree to which the nominee has made an impact on the world with contributions beyond his/her professional achievements.
- BGCL: Exceptional contributions that have furthered the growth, reputation and character of the Club.
If you would like to nominate an individual to the Hall of Fame, please fill out the nomination form below. Please COMPLETE the section, “reason for nomination.” Without that information, the nominee will be at a disadvantage when the committee meets to select the nominees for the Hall of Fame.
Has been recognized in Newsweek Magazine and the Atlanta Constitution for its successful pregnancy prevention program that is being copied in several major cities in the nation.
